Terms and Conditions:

1. Subscribers must purchase a Jadeworld Integrated Receiver Decoder (IRD) from TVBSP or from a local installer to be eligible for this special offer.
2. The special promotion price for all 7 channels (Jade Channel + TVBS-N + TVB 8 + TVB Xing-He + Movie Channel + CCTV 4 + MAC TV) is  $44.99/month.
3. Subscribers must pay the 1st 3 original monthly subscription fee after installation and starting to pay on the 4th month of their subscription term to Jadeworld..
4. This promotion is not valid in the states of Alaska and Hawaii.
5. TVBSP reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
6. To ensure the best viewing results, TVBSP recommends that subscribers purchase a satellite antenna dish 3-feet in diameter, and a 0.6db low noise block converter (LNBF).
7. All installation matters, including but not limited to the price of the IRD, satellite antenna dish, LNBF, and installation charges must be agreed upon in advance prior to installation between the subscriber and the installer. TVBSP is not responsible for the acts and omissions of the independent installers.
8. The Additional Bonus Channels are subject to cancellation without prior notice should the program provider either discontinue providing the service to TVBSP or materially alter the terms on which the Additional Bonus Channel or Channels are provided to TVBSP.
9. Subscribers must mail in the Subscription Agreement/Contract to TVBSP within 7 days of installation of the Jadeworld viewing system. Failure to do so may result in the temporary disconnection of the subscriber's service. The subscriber will be subject to a $20 re-connection fee for service resumption.
10. The Jadeworld Service is private home (single family residence) use only. No public exhibition and/or broadcasting of TVBSP's programs are allowed, unless otherwise permission in writing from TVBSP Inc. is granted. TVBSP Inc. reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use.
11. Installation of satellite receiving equipment in a Multi-Dwelling Unit (such as an apartment) is not recommended unless consent is obtained from the Home Owners Association or the like.
12. Some cities have specific laws and regulation regarding the installation of satellite receiving equipment. Subscribers should check and verify all details before installation.
13. All subscribers must carefully read and fully understand items 11 and 12 listed above. TVBSP will not be responsible financially or in any other way for any disputes relating to the conditions listed in items 11 and 12.

*The 12-month program fee promotional period will not be extended, should the subscriber cancel their subscription for any reason within the promotional period.
